Boot camp workouts have become quite popular in recent years, and for good reason. This form of exercise increases strength, improves self-confidence, boosts aerobic capacity, coordination and balance.

Boot camp is a form of functional training that involves bodyweight exercises, the constant activation of all muscle groups, and group motivational techniques. It involves various exercise techniques, which can be adapted to suit anyone.

It usually begins with warm-up and stretching. Training sessions include weightlifting, interval training, bodyweight or TRX exercises and kettle bells, and they usually end with some mobility exercises. The motivational effects of training in a group make exercising much easier. Training improves discipline and motivation.
